The winegrowers are the soul of our project, our family. They are also the ones who connect us with the environment, thanks to their knowledge and love for the land.<\/p>\n

We don\u2019t have our own vineyards, but we work closely with more than 400 winegrowing families, whom we support throughout the year and with whom we share a mutual project. Thanks to this unique model, we achieve full engagement from start to finish and assure the quality of our products.<\/p>\n

At <\/span>Vallformosa<\/span>, we collaborate to care for and conserve <\/span>the areas<\/span> and their indigenous <\/span>varieties. In\u00a0the highest area of the Pened\u00e8s, 500 metres above sea level, are the Mediterranean highlands, where the vineyards are known as the \u201c+500 area\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span> <\/span>The grapes from these<\/span>s mountainous <\/span>parcel<\/span>s<\/span> ripen more slowly thanks to the day and night temperature contrast, enhancing the wines\u2019 organoleptic qualities<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
